British Columbians represent cultures from more than 180 countries around the world. It is home to over 200 first Nations, as well as Inuit, Metis and other Aboriginals.
Multiculturalism is a way of life in British Columbia, and we celebrate holidays and traditions from around the world, including Chinese New Year, Diwali, Vaisakhi, Hanukah, Robbie Burns Day and St. Patrick's Day — to name just a few.
