Business Visitor Canada
If you would like to come to Canada for business and don't want to join the Canadian workforce, you may be considered a business visitor. Business visitors must prove that their main source of income and their main place of business are outside of Canada. A business visitor may still require a temporary residence visa, depending on the home country.
Find more information on business visitors and other temporary jobs that do not require a work permit on the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website.
For more information on the requirements of business people entering Canada under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA) and the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS), visit Citizenship and Immigration Canada's special categories page.
