INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

International students at colleges, universities and institutes in British Columbia who hold study permits may be eligible to gain work experience during or following their studies.

Graduates may also be eligible for a post-graduation work permit valid for up to three years, depending on the length of their studies. Citizenship and Immigration Canada's website describes work permit options for students and graduates of post-secondary institutions in Canada.
